It shall be the objective of the Town of Lakeshore to: 4.2.5.1 Support and promote this new industry. It shall be the policy of the Town of Lakeshore to permit: Marihuana for Medical Purposes Production within the Agricultural Designation and the Employment Designation on Schedules “A” and “C” Series – Land Use to the Official Plan.
