i'm not saying the rumor is accurate or not ... but let's say hypothetically, the rumor was accurate ....

"Results being verified by a credible third party"

how could one fault management for delaying the release of the "cracking" results in order to get an unbiased, independent, credible expert to corroborate the results ...

so before we pass judgment on competency, why don't we wait and find out why it is taking longer than expected ....

btw, mesa would not be an independent expert ... he is the jv and also employed by uspr as head of security at the mexican property.
