You know...you don't really see the dilution. The dilution occurs when the shares are issued. Not when they appear to hit the market. So, whatever drove the price down to OO14, today...only set the stage for the actual dilution...which could be "the lowest price during the past 10 days" or whatever. 3 days from now, 40%-off-OO14-shares could be "delivered" to Magna. That is the actual dilution. When he sells, into the market, it's just the evidence of the asshole and the asshole instrument...that someone was desperate and feeble enough to have...begged for...and maybe, also, profits from...sure, why not...?... That's how they work it...ever wonder why a company and it's executives never buy the offering themselves...at a measly $50 grand...and why they don't protect, from dilution, their own, at one time...substantial holdings? Nope. Don't protect them at all. I call those "prop holdings". Just a prop. Nothing more, plenty less, lOl...they make their profit, say, offshore, under a 3rd, 4th, 5th-party shindig-of-a-bob...
