Holding this stock long is fiscal suicide IMO. So is ignoring the RS "scare tactic" (which is actually a well documented history of FOUR prior share scheming/long killing reverse splits) that moves closer with each 100,000,000 dilution do after another.

Those that want folks to ignore those facts are IMO interested in more diluted shares being sold.
