Yes they have!! 1.)Their projected 4-6 million of revenue and 1.2 million profit for the year was a lie. They are not going to even come close to those numbers. 2.) Call Centers are not even staffed or running! It's been 4 months since the call center in Jersey was opened. They promised 30 new employees for 2014. 3.)Ads were two weeks long when SG claimed the ads to be year long numerous times. 4.) His financials for the first 2 quarters were not audited so who knows if the company is profitable or not. If your profitable, you don't need to raise the O/S share count like he did in Q2. 5.) Where are the radio ads?!?! 6.)It's been two months, what happened to the grand opening for call centers.

They falsified a lot of information their PRs and that's ILLEGAL buddy!!!
