Give us all a break Volakin.

Certain MM's know when news is coming, and what news is coming. Pre-news activity runs rampant in the Pink Sheets and OTCBB. You'll see trades of 100 shares for stocks which are sub-penny, and which send the pps down. The MM's are working 24/7 on these stocks. They also employ folks to come on message boards to disuade potential investors should they see a run coming on a stock which they have shorted.
