MAAXXY, I was able to reach Bob Hogarth
today and he has informed me that
starting in early September, 2014 a
formal operation to change the Board
of Directors of SGAE has been underway.
Bob Hogarth will no longer be on the
Board and may not continue to be
active or involved in SGAE's operations.
He told me that Tyler Powell is an Officer
and Director who owns 23,625,000 Shares
andthere are possibly 2 more large
Shareholders working with Tyler.
Tyler lives in Vancouver, B.C. and has
a Business Office. I will try to contact
him or meet him at his office to have a full
discussion about the plans for SGAE.
The formal Board of Directors operation
will be completed by September 23 so
hopefully Shareholders will get current
status information from news releases soon.
