It appears from the multiple lawsuits filed against MJNA that MJNA is not paying their dues to their business partners. I have a feeling they've finally broken through their "capped" A/S 950M shares but we won't know till they file the Q2.....it's truly shameful that Michelle Sides promised shareholders that Q2 would be filed on time and now that people are wondering where it is, she refuses to address them and makes Perry do the dirty job of making excuses like, "it's soooooo hard to get financial info from people overseas".

MJNA, in my opinion, is a poorly run company with shady management.
