As I stated, I don't plan on trading them, I plan on holding them as an investment..... and it was told that they couldn't be traded until they ticker was listed and the restriction period had ended.

Maybe you need to go to the 'big boy' boards and play some of those tickers that provide a quarterly cash dividend so those tears can dry up.... If you need I can give you a few pointers there too as I have a pretty good portfolio of tickers that pay cash divys....just PM me and I'll try to help you again...
