uncipep... this is 1000 posts away from your question... but, check all your settings on your player software... the default in most of them is optimized for older tech... set a larger buffer size in your player first, check your sys for bottlenecks before seeking service... Also check for any background programs hogging resources, such as virus checkers and such. One test is to disable everything running in task manager that your sure you don't need at the time, then check your stream.
