I can't see how MTVX is going to sell enough product to be a $650 million company. That is what the market cap would be if the stock were a penny. Those $2000 moto-bicycles aren't going to sell well in poor countries. I don't thint the small engine industry is large enough for SmartCarb to be worth anywhere near that. And selling those cheap chinese mini-bikes won't add much either (see the recent fins). SonicFlow is no where near ready for production and would probably take lots of time and $$$ to bring to market which they don't have and again it would not sell enough in the near future to help much anyway.

Add to that the ridiculous buyout contract with Motoped where payback will probably years, the ton of overhanging debt (where a single default would probably cause a cascade effect), the unpaid taxes, the legacy shareholders coming off restriction, the lawsuits, the continued dilution by IronRidge (and others like Malone Baley) and a management that is continually looking to add more debt... puhlease!!!

I'm sorry I don;t think this is going anywhere near a penny anytime in the near future unless there is a R/S.
