Great post. As a company they are in serious trouble, whether anyone wants to believe it. The CEO said so and couldn't have been more clear in the shareholder distress letter.

Quote:"I believe the more important thing on everyone's mind is the update to OTCMarkets that Mel mentioned. This should shed some light on the current SS and let us know how much has actually been diluted. The real question is "What type of update to OTCMarkets?". In his email he only mentioned an update and that news is coming ASAP."

1) There has already been an update provided to OTC Markets. We now have new numbers for the A/S and O/S:

Quote:Shares Outstanding 786,986,716 a/o Sep 02, 2014
Authorized Shares 6,000,000,000 a/o Sep 02, 2014

That may be all that we get for a while.

2) The A/S is 6 billion, so you better assume that the intent is to dilute to that level. You especially better assume that intent if the transfer agent remains gagged. If DNA management authorizes the TA to report share structure on demand then you can cut DNA some slack regarding dilution because you will be able to track it as often as you feel appropriate to make your decisions on buying and selling. Unless that occurs, you have to assume that DNA will dilute to the maximum allowed by the A/S at any time, and that they will attempt to hide that action.

3) Like it or not, shareholders are not the primary concern of DNA management. They are fighting to keep their company operational and solvent. Whether or not shareholders have news that they desire to give the stock's PPS a little boost just so you can sell at a profit is somewhat low on their list of priorities. Would you rather they fall all over themselves to try to derive some news that might be construable as positive, or would you rather than they keep the company from liquidating? Keep in mind that recent modifications to the share structure give preferred shares to the management and large investors. Those preferred shares have priority in receiving any available value from assets in the event of a liquidation. Considering that the holders of the preferred shares have millions of dollars at risk, it is pretty much guaranteed that in the event of a liquidation, all residual value will only go to holders of preferred shares with the common shares left valueless. You don't want something like that to happen. You want the management to be concentrating on turning the company around to make you very large profits later. If you don't like that "later" aspect of the situation, then take your losses now and move on. With the possible exception of one tick flips, there are no short term profits to be obtained from this stock.

4) Keep in mind that an update [to OTC Markets] and news are two different things that can happen on two different time schedules.
