If the community project is $1million in sales and MMMW earns $200,000 after General ,sales and administrative expenses, a price earnings ratio of 30 would translate into $6 million market cap or 11 cents a share. Around the corner, several more projects to be built shortly thereafter. Furthermore, P/E would be much higher as it is based on the growth potential.
