once a company dilutes shares..they get a taste of free green they forget about shareholders and just start dumping,,,the reason they have not released fins because the dumper is not finished ,once they are finished the 10 k will be out then oct 1 they will tell you about the pre fins oct1 then they have 90 days to put out the 3 they missed,, then they will have news about something like news we all ready know,,since sean left he new that it was tired off this otcbb pink co,,sean is now sitting back collecting 15 percent every month his friend gets 15 percents plus what he pays himself..so those boys from Ireland are cashing in..plus they 2 billion shares to dump...just a matter of time for the next dump will occur,,,,sad but true...it does not mean that the price will not go up.but be ready to not be caught holding the bag like mndt or other otc pnk co...glta.imho
