To me that seems silly, a small company fighting a beast like Nestle....but for shareholder sakes, I hope they come out victorious. There is a lot of files to weed through and because I am no longer a share holder, I will not read them all, but I got the synapse from the website.
It would appears to me GNGR has no case, since they were operating as though WONKA bars were their own, so essentially taking products and selling them under the 'WONKA' brand. That would be like me making clothes, putting the Nike swoosh on it, and calling it NIKE. It doesn't work like that. You cannot legally sell a product with someone elses name on it, and WONKA is trademarked by Nestle.
Anyways, I thought I would post the update.
I hope Grant has the resources to fight this and win.
I don't like seeing the share price at 0.003.
