I wouldn't miss it for the world.....4 am here.

Usually a webinar takes a lot to setup, it can also communicate to huge masses, all in one go. So I imagine they have invited medical staff from as many hospitals as humanly possible plus all the people that have showen interest world wide.

IMO.
