All, Please stop speculating and maybe you shall read again the Form 4.

Represent Stock Unit Awards which vest one-third on the first anniversary of the grant date subject to continued employment with the Corporation, and the remaining two-thirds to vest in 8 equal quarterly installments following the first anniversary of the grant date subject to continued employment with the Corporation.

They DO NOT received 56000 shares. They will receive those shares on specific dates. So please, stop speculating on a pure coincidence.
