He could have made it 100 million. AS does not mean OS. He wanted the AS to be available for major acquisitions to show he could do them if they happened. The current and only financing won't be approved for atleast another month for sales. There are no shares to sell right now so Huge OS's right now don't exist. To say not worth a penny is incredibly wrong at this point in my opinion. No way you can show me a company on OTCBB with this much potential worth less than a 39 million market cap.
