I here the O/S arguement on every penny stock and after trading for a while i come realize the O/S arguement is crap in penny land,especially if the penny stock is profitable. Missing the big picture??? SEEK is the only profitable subpenny stock and there so many stocks with similar O/S, no profits with no income trading higher than SEEK.

Fact is News and Volume is king in penny land.

It's because of sizable O/S = HUGE VOLUMES=VOLATILITY=1000% OR 3000% BREAKOUTS OR HIGHER.

Ever wonder why we DON'T see 1000% breakouts on the BIG BOARDS, but we see it in PENNYLAND because of sizable O/S.

Fact is SEEK is profitable and almost debt free.. Using Equity to payoff debt while being profitable is a good thing... As long as SEEK is profitable at the end of the year,it's all good.
