If the company owes you .02 cents in SALARY you would get a 1 share convertible note. Then the REVO company conversion rate for convertible note shares to COMMON SHARES is .005, so you could convert to .040 shares of "RESTRICTED" common stock (which are then subject to SEC rule 144) If you then held that for the required period under rule 144, and met the other filing etc rules you could then sell that .040 of a share on the open market for a net of .00148 cents. at the market price of .0037. You have now reduced your .02 salary to .00148 cents for a net loss of .01852 cents. The current market price would have to be .05 cents a share to get your original SALARY of .02 cents. THERE IS NO MAGIC FILLING PIGGY BANK by accepting convertible notes for SALARY. It is more like an investment in the company for your Time and Efforts. When REVO stock hit .05 cents a share you would get you SALARY without loss. If it hit .50 cents a share you would have made 10x the salary you accepted in convertible notes.
