YES! Investors were supposed to fall for that BS and load up. It did not happen. Then we get a P/R on:

1. Deal fell through
2. How they need more money to do a R/M
3. Chicken Little Lied!

The behind the scenes people want their money. Please note, there is a very credible poster monitoring their filings. They are missing a lot of information I am told. Just saying as I am not a certified accountant, but some posers on IHUB are......
