Per the OTC Pink Guidelines document, BBRD must:

publicly disclose such events by disseminating a news release within 4 business days following their occurrence, and posting such news release through the OTC Disclosure & News Service

Material Corporate Events Include:
• Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets, Including but not Limited to mergers
• Entry or Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement
• Changes in Control of Issuer

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like we should see news shortly after 9/30, assuming the merger completed.
