Actually, Sinopec isn't required to release anything after the 5 years, the JDA is free to release anything and everything they want. Operators were allowed no more than a 5 year competitive advantage before the JDA could go public if operators were stalling.

That's where we are... waiting with no more sand in the hourglass.

People maintain anonymity for a reason and it is rarely noble.
