As a ready to cook pancake and waffle batter, Nate’s Pancakes are strategically positioned as a fast alternative to traditional dry mixes, delivering homemade pancakes in 5 minutes. Having the product refrigerated allows the pressured gas to aerate the batter and provides for a fluffier product that will also fill the room with a great smell while baking.  Testing shows that the refrigerator is opened significantly more often than a pantry.  Additionally, people tend to believe a refrigerated product is fresher than a non-refrigerated product. By segmenting the product line, the Company will be able to create 2 SKU’s instead of just a single product. "
