There is a lot there and you have to know the industry to understand what is going on. It is not a simple task as issuing a PO and then pay when it comes in on COD basis or if you have established credit, on terms!! I have over a dozen years experience in this industry from my prior employers!!!!

We are talking huge sums of funds in buying and in selling!!! We have developed a great business model and we have investors that have bought into it. From beginning to end, there are procedures which must be followed!! Unfortunately, there is Confidentiality Agreements that have been signed which we cannot disclose the name of the supplier or the buyers or the price we pay or sell for. Mr. Jerry G. Mikolajczyk was appointed President, CEO, CFO, and a director of the Company on May 31, 2011. Prior to the appointments, Mr. Mikolajczyk was a key consultant to the Company who identified the opportunities available to us in Kentucky, helped negotiate our contracts, and assisted the Company with its financial reporting including SEC filings and our financial statements from February 2010 to May 2011.

Mr. Mikolajczyk has had an extensive career in the oil and gas, construction, and mining industries. Mr. Mikolajczyk has worked for Fortune 500 companies such as BP Resources (British Petroleum), SCI Group of Companies, Husky Oil, Syncrude, Bechtel, Guy F. Atkinson and INCO. He has worked as a heavy equipment operator on surface and open pit mining operations.
