My apologies on the Super 8-K information. That is only for OCTBB stocks and all other SEC reporting companies. You are correct Moon, BBRD is a OTC Pink Sheet stock and is a NON-Reporting entity.

There is no requirement for BBRD to report. This does save time and money which is nice, but the Super 8-K would have given all of the details, which is important for investor approval.

My recommendation and hope is that BBRD makes announcements on September 30th and provides as much transparency as possible. If they do not, they will keep reminding investors of missed dates and almost all momentum will be lost.
