Wynnefield Capital is going to stop Brad and the board if the dilution gets too heavy...Wynnefield Capital is an activist hedge fund specialized in small caps...

All, we can do as individual shareholders is to point out obvious attempts to screw shareholders.

So far, Wynnefield probably hasn't worried too much....but if Brad tried to dilute excessively in the coming years, I bet Wynnefield will push for 2 board seats with own people....
