Yea, it does. Insolvent. $2 million in debt. Expenses of another $2 million for the year. Dismal sales from 14 stores. No distribution or sales outlets outside of SoCal. No cash on hand. Tax problems. Huge overhead. Yup. Looks pretty bad. Management with a history of massive failure... but personal gain. Yea this bad boy is going down in a matter of weeks. Buy this one and you lose it all.
