Check the amount of shares added since they RS. That is the only reason there is a gap. If you had one share left to sell and then the management added an additional 99 then you will have a gap like you see. Only problem, not a mere 99 but millions. They are adding weekly. Every couple weeks when I check this the float doubles.

Days with 0 trades and you see millions traded it is not traders. Management just adding more shares before next RS.

That's the reason no one touches it.
