You can actually see Taylor and his cronies diluting on the NTCV chart.

One of the conversion docs, requested by one Jon Miller of the West Indies Sugar and Beet Company, secures 4.5 million NTCV certs at the bargain basement price of .0001 - par value. The date is January 23rd, when the share price for NTCV was hovering around .20 PER SHARE.

This request is authorized by Rodrigo Calderon Araya, apparently one of the forgeries he was complaining about.

Now look at the dumping, beginning the very next week. I would image that was ol' Jonny boy, makin' hisself some SERIOUS BANK. He dumped all the way down to .02. Looks like he pocketed a cool $500,000 from a $450 purchase.

And all the while, Paul Taylor whines and complains about "mysterious short sellers." What a WORM.

I find it very interesting learning how these scoundrels operate, and find myself wondering..."Where is the SEC?"









Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
