Good points Seawolf.

Except for Niobec's expansion cost is wrong. Last they said it was over $1.5 billion (IIRC). So a buyer would be looking at $2 billion to get a 30 year mine. If things continue as they have buying NB's Elk Creek would be far cheaper,and make a ton more sense in the long run. Buyers in that league are sophisticated. At this point I believe all we need the metallurgy nailed down.
