Nope. That's untrue. They ask for some simple financials and that's about it. Was involved with a food company and a P&L was all they asked for as well as a D&B listed distributor. We did over 200 road shows in over 100 stores. All they care about is less than 20% of your annual sales, do road shows and sell $500 a store minimum. MRIB is on the brink there because I don't think they're even close. Probably paying a stocking fee to keep it alive.
