Lol its MMs painting the tape, cuz you are right, no retail investor would do A 25$ trade with a 7-10$ trading fee, so its obviously the MMs, who can execute trades free of commission to one another....all penny ticker L2s are covered in these miniscule trades done between MMs that make the price do all sorts of crazy stuff
