Okay guys, here's what I think these guys are up to.
This prognosis is based on the following facts.....
<Current board has not recently promoted the company>
<Liberty Boys mysteriously show up, and dissappear>
<Stock is heavily accumulated but stock stays low>
<Mysterious company deal based on gold sched for mid October>
<Gap up on big news due but not likely based on current company situation>

So here is a possible scenario that I think is likely from here on out.

Okay, we all know that projected, planned positive news always disappoints right? right?

So, Obviously the October 15 dealy with the mystery company is going to fold like a cheap tent, when gold crashes into the 1100's between now and mid October.

However, the hype leading up to it will allow our now range bound Banro to start moving up in anticipation of this most excellend move back in to the 30's, who knows maybe low 40's over next 3-4 weeks, despite gold dropping.

Now my guess is the Gold prices will drop below 1200 by early October, throwing a "unexpected....um really" wrench into the dealy with the mystery company.

This will cause stock to drop like a lead balloon, back out of the 30's and back to low 20's, hence the term, range bound.

With Gold dropping below 1150 by end of October, maybe lower, the scary Halloween will be for us, and we will all shreek out in a panic, as institutions continue to accumulate.

Now around early November, in pre/post market, the NEWS we have all waited for hits, a buy out offer (I'm guessing .80-1.25 per share).
Stock gaps up to around 1.00 maybe more. Lots of hype on the buyout.

Board will turn the offer down flat, announcing they are not interested in selling the company. Stock will drop back down deep into the .40-60 cent range.

That's when our favorite band....The Liberty Boys, comes back into the picture will lots of letters to the board, saying they must sell.

This time Liberty boys have shareholder support, board forced into a corner, and sometime in 2015, Banro sells for between 1.85 and 3.00 and bobs your uncle.

Boooooom goes the dynamite!!
