I think the market thinks the overhead is much to costly at this point. Ever since encr decided not to do deficit spending it's been going bonkers. I just don't understand the apdn business plan at this point. Too much spending in it and not enough revenues. If the doctor thinks we are almost out of the woods then he should give us some forward guidance.
