IS THIS 10B. A/S INCREASE TRUE??????

Is that form for real? 10 Billion increase?

If so, what is that "check box" that says
"was approved by shareholders" How in the heck was that approved by shareholdrs, WHAT shareholders were asked about this?

And how come Rico didnt release a PR about this? This is devestating news....
