I agree he knows what the share structure is and could easily tell us.....he could ungag the T/A. many stocks down here have gagged T/A....that's part of the reason for the price I am sure........gotta love the OTC..

The questions here is...are the convertibles almost done....if they are we stand to all make a lot of money...if not and many CD's stand to still hit....we will stay mired at these levels..
