Been here off and on for well over a year myself. With current and future possibilities and such a small float compared to the rest of the OTC we do trade real nice, as only like 5-10mill in buy volume can take us up 50% easy where most it has to be hundreds of millions just for a few ticks.

One of my many specialties is getting in at bottom, and this has been about the lowest it's gone ever minus a few ticks. Summer is over and September is usually a bit slow. Once volume and the sector in particular start picking up I truly think we see pennies here, though for now have my sights set at .004 as a good first major resistance point.
