SIAL was about locking up IP, so no one can make something better with ZF(we have exclusivity) AND we can make something better. I am not going to say you don't see the significance, because you do. Back in the .05's. You liked being able to say 4's and 6's huh? It could recede, but going into the 5's intraday does have meaning. Closing above 5 has more meaning.
