How dems complete coup if gvt's defense falters?
Howard's post seems to present positive news for us. But then he seems to offer a contradiction when he says that the dems are watching the court cases and noticing that the gvt's case seems to be weak, and in the next sentence he says the dems will use the court outcome as a perfect reason to complete the coup.

Can anyone sort out exactly what Howard is saying there? I don't see how the dems could complete the coup if the court cases go in favor of the GSE investors, which the dem politicians seem to be anticipating.
