I figured out the management plan

CDIF had no $ so I stayed away.

So they wiped out the existing holders with the r/s. After the r/s there were only 120,000 a/s. So they increased the a/s to 5 mil so they could issue more pfd stock. see my post



Watch to see if the new pfd is toxic. Conv. into shs based on a discount to mkt. Then holders can short the common to get more shs then sell.

I'll watch to see if this plays out. Watch for fluff pr's so they can sell the pfd.
