Biodoc, Leo addressed this issue. Participants in the 2A study were not returning for all their visits and were considered failures at the time. They would miss one appointment then make the next etc. B was working too well.

There was a article someone wrote recently that criticized the B 2B study because it was invitation only. Obviously the author didn't realize the issues in the 2A trial. The company were trying to find participants that would return for all their visits. The 2a trial was conducted in Ukraine and Canada.
