EFFI is going down on low volume trades. It's obvious that people that are tired of gosling it are getting out and are causing the down trend. I'm sure they have something big in the works and should be out soon. Good PRs take time and sometimes run through some delays. EFFI trades very thin and has a small SS, it'll go up as fast if not faster, then how it goes down on low volume trades.
