Should we as easily dismiss all message posters? Why would Dan be any more or less effective due to his posting on a stock message board.

He has shared he managed a hedge fund which has interest in commodities. This would point to an understating in invest in commodities. This is a skill that will benefit SRSR shareholders.

Ben's failures certain have no reflection upon Dan. The performance of the past is the reason Dan has joined the board. I truly believe he was honest in stating his opinions of the company, and now he has begun to take action to improve this stock. SRSR is a start up company. Nothing better then large investors taken the lead in their investment. Men of action are men of success.
