SEEK's main problem for PPS down is dilution. Diluted weighted average number of shares outstanding is 9,316mm shares. In this year, only first 5 months, SEEK issued 1,177mm shares totally. This is huge number. Now how many shares issued? SS OTCmarkets not updated for long time. This is CEO problem. He never protect shareholder's value, he just do dilution to let PPS down. In the future, he may do R/S again. So hold on this stock is too much risk, I already lost 50% capital. I may consider sell to cut lose at this time.
