You don't communicate that correct. There will be less outstanding shares at a 40 x higher price therefore yes more shares available but by no means are they going to be used. Many big mj companies have a lot more shares available and authorized but yet are at over 100 million market caps! Were at like 100k its rediculously low. Plus the authorized or available may most likely get reduced to further increase investor value
