Lenovo, Xiaomi and Taiwanese manufacturer Foxconn Electronics will obtain licences to operate as MVNOs in the Chinese market, Mobile World Live reports. White-goods producer Haier and Hainan Airlines also are on the list of potential MVNOs, according to the report. Last month, the government of China awarded a total of six MVNO licences. China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) expects the number of MVNO users to grow to 50 million by the end of 2015, according to previous reports.
