For what it's worth here is Tom's response to an email I sent earlier. he normally responds back pretty quick.

Just to go on record:
I like the company and feel they have a lot of news ahead of them but I like most of the longs can't understand why absolutely no communication. It takes patience when investing these start ups so I should probably take my own advice and practice patience.

Patience. I have been, but this is getting awfully quiet ... Too quiet. I understand there are SEC rules, but no news in thirty days after such great momentum.
