WHY TEMN WILL MAKE A 1000% RUN or MORE.......
This stock reminds me of MINE, sub penny with a pretty good business plan and potential to expand distribution throughout the United States. The only difference here is TEMN sells alcoholic beverages rather then energetic beverages. But like the energy shot industry, the alcohol industry is a huge business. Specifically and JUST Tequila (not even including their other potential products), which plans to be TEMN's flagship product sold a whopping 1.2 billion dollars worth across the U.S in 2012 and that number has grown in 2013 and will continue to grow in 2014. For reference, that 2012 stat was from a businessweek article I read. So, just tequila can be a big enough business to send this stock to 3 cents.
With a market cap of just 7 million based on its current share count and price, the potential for stock appreciation over the coming weeks and months could be insane. Even if their brand doesn't take off the way we all hope, we could be looking at a 3-4 cent stock on just the potential for growth along their business lines. That's right folks, I said it.....the "potential" alone could send this thing up 1500%. Then when we get there we re-evaluate if the business itself is coming along as the stock price and if not we take profits, if so we let her run.
Scott Vance who runs MINE's company has also came on board with TEMN and that can't be discounted as that stock had an unbelievable run of 2000% or so in just a couple of weeks earlier this year.
Also, I am a technician by nature and technically the chart sets up beautifully. Not only did we break the reverse engineering RSI today(which for those that don't know is a tool that signals breakouts in the "relative strength Index" otherwise known as RSI's measuring buys vs sells, but we also broke and closed above both the 50 day and the 200 day moving averages. These are thee 2 most important averages to pay attention too and we just broke them both in one day.
Conclusion: Fundamentally we have reason to want to be long TEMN as the business potential is there, the technicals just signaled a major breakout today with the price action we saw, and finally yet most importantly, with the settlement of this case we now have THEE most important thing, a CATALYST for buyers to flood in and send this much much higher over a longer term period, not just buy and sell to flip a few percentage points. Expect the volume to be tilted towards the buy side over the next 1-3 months.
