Here’s a curious story about a store that supports the Second Amendment, exercising its First Amendment rights in a rather dramatic way.
The owner of Tactical Firearms in Katy, Texas is used to getting attention for the big orange sign outside his store. And it’s not notices of gun sales or special deals on ammo that draw the crowds and the comments; it’s the weekly messages that take aim at President Obama.

The owner and CEO of Tactical Firearms, Jeremy Alcede, says he is just exercising his First Amendment right of free speech, and says he won’t take down or change his signs as long as his business remains open, no matter what anybody says.
When you clearly see what one of Alcede’s latest signs says in reference to the Obama administration’s anti-ISIS strategy (which Jeremy Alcede clearly finds lacking), you can understand why some folks wonder whether the sentiment expressed is in bad taste.
